Terms of Service

We sell digital products for Unity developers, such as plugins, game templates and a yearly subscription, as described on each product page. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Each product comes with the licence terms described on its product page or delivered with it. Unless those terms say otherwise, you may use the product in your own projects, including commercial ones, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the product’s files on their own.

Stripe emails you a receipt, and the order confirmation page links to your invoice. If you have any trouble receiving or using your purchase, contact us through the Contact Us form.

If a product genuinely doesn't work, we'll fix it or refund you — see our Refund Policy.

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around its security, or to send spam through its forms. We may block traffic that does.

The site, its text, images and the products themselves belong to Game Is Everything or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the licence above, not ownership of the product.

We work hard to keep the site and our products working, but they are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version shown here, with its “Last updated” date, applies from that date.
